What was the highlight of Best Western Premier The Hive
Bathroom needs update
We like the fact that the wifi was fast and stable, the size of our room was good, size of the pool was nice and since it was located between two buildings, so it was pretty shady and cool. Most of the staff are also quite helpful, especially the concierge and breakfast peeps, I think they're the most helpful concierge I have ever seen! And that the cake at breakfast was good. Oh, and bed was comfortable. And they have british socket!
Food was so so, I am not sure they actually know what pizza supposed to look like(when the pizza was delivered to us, it looks and feels more like a big pancake topped with grated cheese that didn't melt to the pizza. Breakfast was hit and missed quality wise. The room isn't soundproof(at least not fully), so u would hear clearly the noise from a few mosques around during praying time which was quite loud. Bathroom seriously need to be upgraded, we saw dent in the bath, and shower pressure is quite sad. There is one guy at reception that I could never remember his name, but whenever I/ my husband/ my brother during his visit ask something, u mostly don't get help much from him(u can expect his answer to be no). For an example, we ask for him to turn on the AC at the gym, his answer was that it was central cooling that there is nothing he could do about it. That's the one that I could remember, we stayed for 10 nights, but after a few days, we tried to avoid asking him for something. Ms. Sagita, on the other hand, was always very helpful. The pool could be cleaner and the pool tiles could be fix(some broken so it is quite hazardous), the ladder on the pool is quite slippery, perhaps it's time to get a sturdier one?

Excellent hotel. efficient check in and out. Room was very nice with great facility. breakfast was great. easy dinner options at the connected mall. easily accessed of the main Jakarta ring road.
